Course Objectives:

Join us on a journey of learning how to align your movement and breath into a dynamic flow of asanas in order to improve your health and life. You will be empowered and inspired by the transformation that is possible through regular yoga practice, meditation, inquiry into your diet and way of being.

Course Description:

The style of yoga that I teach—Ashtanga Yoga—is suitable for all levels. It is a powerful, energetic and playful style with a strong emphasis on breath and proper alignment. There’s plenty of room for beginners and intermediate students to be challenged in the same class, specially for weight loss.

The Power Yoga flow will torch calories, cleanse your body, strengthen your muscles, and clear your mind. The dynamic mix of athleticism and spirit that is cultivated in each class will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone, unlock your hidden potential and live your own extraordinary life.

Yogic Diet: Yoga Philosphy,teachings and Ayurvedic diet (05 min)

Pranayama: Conscious Breathing (10 min)

Asana (Poses) From Hatha and Ashtanga yoga vinyasa (40 min)

Meditaion: Integrate mind, body and soul (05 min)
