Course Description:

The course follows a regime focusing on different aspects of training on each workout day of the week.

  • Mondays: BODY PUMP – This 45 min addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups, by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
  • Wednesdays: STEP AND TONE – Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing along music and approachable instructor.
  • Fridays: CIRCUIT TRAINING – This workout will take you from one move to another with little or no rest to keep your heart rate up.
